The Pilates method targets the muscles of the back and the abdominals to maintain the proper posture for your body. The number of students is limited to allow everyone to receive the attention and training tailored to their needs and abilities.

Bring a sports outfit, clean shoes, a bottle of water and a towel.
No reservation required. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the class.
