Our commitments Digital accessibility

As the RGAA audit is currently underway, the full list of non-conformities has not yet been drawn up. However, several areas for improvement have already been identified, particularly regarding text alternatives for certain images, contrast levels, keyboard navigation, certain forms and certain third-party content. This section will be updated once the audit is complete.

Areas for improvement already identified:

• Some images do not always have alternative text (alt), or the text provided may be insufficient to describe the visual accurately (resulting in important information being lost).
• The contrast in certain areas of the website (buttons, text on images, headings on coloured backgrounds) is sometimes insufficient to ensure easy readability, particularly for people with visual impairments.
• Some interactive elements (drop-down menus, filters on the ‘Restaurants’ and ‘Accommodation’ pages, etc.) are not always accessible via the keyboard, or their tab order may be confusing.
• Videos (where present) may lack subtitles or transcripts for deaf or hard-of-hearing people.
• External ‘rich media’ content or third-party services (interactive maps, webcams, etc.) may not provide an accessible alternative when scripts or external APIs fail to load.
• Some forms or booking fields may lack clear labels or accessible error messages.
