Restaurant, bar and club in the heart of Val d'Isère: IMA (‘mum’ in Hebrew and Arabic) serves Levantine sharing plates, signature cocktails and DJ sets, every night from 7pm to 5am.

IMA means ‘mum’ in Hebrew and Arabic. Everything starts there: a big table, dishes made to be shared, and the art of hosting like at home, well into the night.

At 120 rue du parc des sports, three venues live under one roof.

THE RESTAURANT — Levantine and Eastern Mediterranean cooking by Chef Elie Fischmann (ten years alongside Yannick Alléno, four years with Paris Society): mezze to share, fish, slow-cooked lamb shoulder, shish taouk, Middle Eastern desserts. Dinner served every night from 7pm, 120 seats.

THE BAR — Signature cocktails from €16 to €22, champagnes and rare spirits. Come for a drink before or after dinner, no table booking required.

THE CLUB — From midnight the room shifts gear: resident and guest DJs, music and service until 5am.

Groups, corporate events and private hire: up to 140 seated and 320 standing. Open 7 days a week from 7pm to 5am throughout the winter season. Book online or call +33 7 66 94 08 26.
