Holidays & Disability Ski resort for PRM and accessible tourism

In Val d’Isère, accessibility and the quality of welcome for people with disabilities and reduced mobility are a top priority. We are committed every day to ensuring your stay is a success. You’ll find here a regularly updated list of information about accessible accommodations, restaurants, ski schools, parking areas, restrooms, and adaptive sports activities available throughout the village.

Guide Accessibility in Val d'Isère

This guide lists addresses and services adapted for people with disabilities in Val d’Isère.
It provides regularly updated information on accessible locations and facilities, to help you enjoy your stay and take part in the many activities offered in the village and on the mountain.
Only partners of the Tourist Office are included.

Getting around the village
Access to certain activities and facilities may be limited without assistance (narrow passages, uneven pavements, or changes in level). The resort teams are continuously working to improve accessibility and ensure the best possible welcome and comfort for all visitors.

Regional Commitment H+

As part of its ongoing commitment to accessibility, Val d’Isère joined the voluntary regional initiative “H+” on June 18, 2025.
This program guides us in developing a progressive action plan to create new inclusive and disability-friendly services while promoting them across the resort. It also involves close collaboration with local stakeholders, supported by the regional authorities.

This quality-driven approach ensures that services across all areas — accommodation, leisure, and transport — are designed to make the mountain enjoyable for everyone.

To further this commitment, the guide “La Haute-Tarentaise Comfortable for All” provides clear, detailed information on accessible accommodation, activities, transport, and public services — including options for seniors and families with strollers.
