Highlights in Val d’Isere
106th Tour de France passage

The 19th stage of this year’s Tour de France (St Jean de Maurienne – Tignes) will speed through Val d’Isère with passages expected at 2.30pm at the Iseran pass and 5pm in La Daille
The roads will be closed but the lifts from the Fornet will be open to take you to the top of the pass.

They will be no access to the Col de l’Iseran by car but you can take the Fornet cable car to watch this event.

The following telecabine will be open to access le Col de l’Iseran, for free:
– Fornet Cable car
– Vallon de l’Iseran gondola
From 9.30am to 1pm for the ascent and from 4.30pm to 7.30pm for the descent

TRAFFIC INFORMATION
From Val d’Isère towards the Iseran Pass, the road will be closed between the Pont St Charles and the pass from 8pm on Thursday 25th to friday 5pm.
Road from Bourg St Maurice to Val d’Isère will be close on Friday 26th of July from 12am. (from les Boisses and la Daille and from the Brevière intersection and la Daille).
Road from Val d’Isère to Bourg St Maurice (in both sides) is close on Friday 26th of July from 1.30pm (from the Pont St Charles to La Daille tunnel).
The Tignes le Lac – Val Claret road will be closed from 7am to 7pm on July 26th (except for authorized vehicles)
The road between the dam and Tignes le Lac will close in bewteen 1pm and 7pm.
The “Route des Ruines” will close in bewteen 8am and 5.45pm.
The Brévières – Val-d’Isère road will be closed to traffic from midday (except for authorized vehicles)

On Friday 26 from Bonneval sur Arc to Val d’Isère, and from Val d’Isère to RD87b intersection to les Brevieres, road is due to open after the broom wagon and after the police station agreement.
