I invite you to share my experience and passion for teaching yoga with group or private classes for all levels of practice.
In my classes, you will find in-depth work on postures, Asanas, breathing, Pranayama, and an approach to meditation.
My group yoga classes are open to everyone!

For group yoga classes, join me in the Hôtel Ormelune room on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm to 7.45pm and Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10am to 11am. Private classes available on request.
