The different types of yoga offered:
- Vinyasa Yoga: a fluid and creative practice in which movement synchronizes with the breath, ideal for the awakening of the body and energies.
- Yin Yoga: a gentle and deep practice, promoting muscle relaxation and calming the mind.
- Yoga Nidra: guided meditation allowing a state of deep relaxation.
Each session is personalized and takes place between 1 hour and 1:30 am.
