At Nordic Base, cross-country skiing adapts to you.
Whether you are looking for physical activity,
technical improvement or simply a moment of escape, Nordic skiing is the perfect discipline for varying your pleasures and reconnecting with the mountains.
From your first steps on the snow to perfecting your technique, each session is tailor-made to combine pleasure, technique and freedom.
Two styles, two atmospheres:
- Skating, a fluid and dynamic technique, ideal if you like to move, glide and feel the speed.
- Alternative skiing, closer to walking, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a more rhythmic practice, depending on your desires.
We ski in the Manchet valley or at the top of Solaise.
I generally recommend sessions lasting between 1½ and 2 hours.
✨ Biathlon
Immerse yourself in the world of biathlon, a fun and adrenaline-filled activity that combines precision, agility and speed through two diametrically opposed disciplines:
shooting and cross-country skiing.
Fun, friendly and accessible to all, this activity is perfect for families, friends or couples. We laugh, challenge each other and encourage each other during team games where everyone can find their place, regardless of their level or age.
Introductory sessions will teach you everything you need to know about biathlon, from rifle settings to cross-country skiing technique.
An original way to bring people together and strengthen bonds!
The activity lasts between 1 and 2 hours with or without skis, and is carried out with pellet rifles.
✨No technical or physical level is required for either biathlon or cross-country skiing.
✨Of course, if you have injured or disabled members or non-skiers in your team, we can adapt the programme for them.
