✨ Cross-country skiing (classic or skating)
Create the session that suits you best! Whether you're looking for physical activity, technical improvement, or simply an escape into nature, cross-country skiing offers endless possibilities.
Beginners are advised to start with the classic style before moving to skating, unless you're already highly athletic. I'll provide you with the keys to mastering this sport, sharing tips and techniques to help you discover and refine your skills.
We can tailor sessions to be sporty or relaxed, based on your needs and goals. Sessions typically last 1.5 to 2 hours for optimal benefit . Our skiing takes place in the beautiful Manchet Valley!
✨ Biathlon
Step into the shoes of a biathlete and experience the thrilling combination of physical effort and precision. Through games of agility and speed, you'll learn the fundamentals of biathlon, including rifle adjustments, shooting focus, and cross-country skiing techniques.
Perfect for individuals, families, or friends, this activity caters to all levels and abilities. It’s conducted safely using air rifles and can be enjoyed on skis or on foot for those less confident on skis. Sessions usually last 2 hours, and no prior skills or fitness levels are required.
Additionally, we can adapt the program for team members with injuries, disabilities, or who prefer not to ski.
