The Blizzard restaurant celebrates generous, elegant cuisine inspired by the market and the seasons. From a leisurely lunch on the sunny terrace by the pool to an elegant evening dinner: a must-do in Val d'Isère!

Our Chef Matthias Marin offers generous, authentic cuisine made with fresh market ingredients.
From must-try dishes such as his Milanese escalope ‘oreille d'éléphant’ (elephant ear) or his truffle rigatoni gratin, all his dishes are prepared with creativity and passion.
The Terrace, open for lunch in fine weather, offers breathtaking views of Bellevarde in a secluded setting in the centre of the village.
Open every day for lunch and dinner.
