Description
Built in 1955, the Kandahar was completely renovated in 1994 and expanded in 2001.
Showcasing wood and stone, it remains true to the traditional Savoyard architectural charm of Haute Tarentaise.
Located in the heart of the village and just a few steps from the Bellevarde and Solaise ski slopes, it is ideally situated to fully experience “the Val d’Isère way of life.”
Refined yet simple, rustic yet comfortable, the Kandahar promises a stay filled with warmth and well-being.
A landmark thanks to its prime location in the resort, it offers festive and gastronomic moments at La Taverne d’Alsace, as well as opportunities to unwind at the bar, in the sauna, or in the steam room.
Restaurant: Traditional French cuisine.
A brasserie-style menu enhanced with Alsatian and mountain specialties.
