Bike Park Tignes - Val d'Isère

Accessible to beginners and advanced riders alike, the Bike Park Tignes – Val d’Isère is suitable for all types of riding: DH / Downhill, XC / Cross Country, Enduro, etc.

On mountain bikes or VTTAE / E-Bikes and even Fauteuils Tout Terrain (FTT), hurtle down our 230km of trails and dedicated courses, for your greatest pleasure!

Autumn off-season From September 1st, 2025

All the trails remain open, accessible only by e-MTB or by the strength of your legs!

Practical information

The signage, bridges and protections remain in place until September/October.

The trails are gradually dismantled, with the upper section usually closing as soon as the first frosts and snowfalls arrive.

The routes around Val d’Isère generally remain open, if possible, during the All Saints’ (October half-term) holidays.

Detours are set up while the bridges are being dismantled.

For up-to-date, almost daily information during the off-season, check the Bike Park’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

Bike Park Tignes - Val d'Isère

Several ski lifts are in operation in summer, giving you access to the start of the different trails, as well as a free shuttle service.

In the village, you’ll find our mountain bike, VTTAE / E-Bike schools with qualified instructors and numerous rental and repair stores.

    Mountain bike shuttles Tignes 2025

    Take the free 7/7 shuttles with trailer back up to Tignes le Lac with your mountain bike from Les Brévières, Les Boisses and Tignes 1800.

    • Route: Brévières > Campsite > Tignes 1800 > Tignes le Lac
    • 8 people maximum per shuttle
    • Mountain bikes allowed on the way up and down
    • My Tignes card compulsory

    Shuttles Tignes <> Val d'Isère 2025

    Take the free shuttles running 7 days a week between Tignes and Val d’Isère.

    Shuttles are not equipped with bike trailers, but they can carry up to 2 bikes on board — and up to 5 if the bus is not full.

    The free Val Bus shuttles run regularly throughout Val d’Isère, making it quick and easy to get around the village from one end to the other.

      Security

      For your own safety, please follow the signs!

      • Suitable mountain bikes essential.
      • Helmet mandatory and protective gear strongly recommended.
      • Mountain biking is forbidden in the Vanoise National Park, under penalty of fine.
      • Pedestrians have priority! On All Mountain and E-Bike trails.
      • Watch out for herds of cattle, keep to a walking pace.

      A dozen patrollers maintain the trails every day for your pleasure and safety.

      How about a wash after a day of mountain biking fun? A bike cleaning station is available opposite the Centre Aquasportif.

       

      Bike repair

      Equipped with essential tools and a pump, you can make quick repairs and adjustments throughout the day, ensuring a safer and more enjoyable cycling experience.

        Itinerary FTT

        All-terrain wheelchair

        Alternating between Popeye and Flowy Jumper, this route is classified as difficulty “2” by the French Handisport Federation. Follow the “FTT” markers under the signs for the mountain bike trails concerned.

         

        FTTe itinerary

        Electric all-terrain wheelchair

        The entire Val Pesto trail is suitable for electric all-terrain wheelchairs. This route is classified as difficulty “2” by the FFH. There are a few narrow sections. Follow the “FTT” markers following “Val Pesto”.

        Work in collaboration with the Fédération Française de Handisport.
