A Pebble in the Shoe (70 mins):
Walking through mountains of absolute beauty, feeling close to the ibex as you climb the ridges, meeting the gaze of the chamois, the eagle and the wolf. Hiding away in a hide. Dreaming of something greater, more beautiful, more wild.
Whilst Anne and Véronique are filming the animals at high altitude, a pebble slips into Erik’s shoe. It will transform his view of the world and give him the chance for an extraordinary encounter.
SAUVAGE – the chamois, the eagle and the wolf (60 mins):
More than a lesson in natural history, this film is an ode to nature. Combining adrenaline and poetry, it offers us the rare privilege of getting up close to chamois, eagles, wolves and the other creatures that share their territory. Balancing on the edge of life, the animals cross paths, hunt, draw on their ingenuity and follow their instincts to meet the greatest of challenges: to live.
