A tribute to the cheese of Savoie
Every evening, the lights dim and the restaurant welcomes guests on a journey through the finest cheeses of Savoie. Served as raclette, tartiflette and fondue, the dishes are shared between sips of delicately flavoured wine. Each dish is made from local mountain produce, carefully selected to embody the philosophy of L'Aiglon - a celebration of the French Alps, from farm to plate.
