Le Bottleneck is the restaurant at K2 Chogori in Val d’Isère, created following the success of the concept at K2 Palace in Courchevel.
Inspired by the world of high mountains and by the spirit of daring and excellence of great mountaineers, it offers a distinctive gastronomic experience in a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The cuisine celebrates the art of cooking over an open fire, enhancing meats, fish and vegetables, and continues with a selection of exclusive cheese fondues created by Executive Chef Bastien Paysant in collaboration with Bernard Mure-Ravaud, Meilleur Ouvrier de France cheesemonger.
For dessert, Pastry Chef Marc-André Guerquin-Kern reinterprets great French pastry classics with finesse, adding a creative and contemporary touch.
