Away from the crowds and in the heart of this exceptional natural environment, you’ll be able to recharge your batteries. The Val Pass gives you unlimited access to a multitude of varied activities, as well as discounts! With this pass in your pocket, there’s no limit to what you can do in Val d’Isère: enjoy the aquatic park, the exceptional natural surroundings or the Bike Park on a mountain bike or ATV.

Our sports parks Au Manchet and du Centre

Come and enjoy a wide range of activities at the Parc des Sports du Centre and the Parc des Sports du Manchet. With family or friends, there’s something for everyone! On the menu: tennis, horse riding, golf, archery, soccer, skate park, climbing, pétanque…

Join us every Sunday at 6pm on the Tourist Office square to discover the activities on offer and the week’s events.

Take the time to get back to basics and follow the trails that criss-cross our mountains through a fascinating natural environment of forests, meadows and peaks. From a family stroll around Lac de l’Ouillette to a day’s trek at high altitude accompanied by a mountain guide, take the path that feels most natural to you and follow your desires.

Trails and Treks Escape

This summer, come and discover our trail running routes through the green mountains. Val d’Isère, in partnership with On Piste, is keen to help you discover its most beautiful landscapes and best trails, with routes to suit every level of runner.

The Trek Nature Grand Paradis Vanoise connects 5 villages via a pedestrian itinerary with glacier variants. A sumptuous 116km loop, lasting a total of 5-6 days, allowing us to rehabilitate trails that existed several decades ago. Enjoy sublime landscapes and discover the authenticity of French and Italian villages in a unique setting.

Le Centre Aquasportif Temple of sport and well-being

Right in the heart of Val d’Isère, at the foot of the mythical Face de Bellevarde, the Centre Aquasportif unveils 5,000 m2 of playful, invigorating and relaxing pleasures in a warm, zen-like setting totally conducive to relaxation.
Right on the summit, bathed in natural light, this temple to sport and well-being offers state-of-the-art equipment and a varied range of activities: something for every taste and desire!

The aquasportive center also houses an aquagym and wellness area with sauna, hammam and whirlpool baths, as well as treatment rooms. There’s also a fully equipped gym, squash court, golf and driving simulators and a 200 m² climbing wall.

Visit and discovery Historical heritage and behind-the-scenes look at the estate

Every week, the Tourist Office organizes cultural tours for the curious. Guided tours by FACIM (Fondation Action Culturelle Internationale en Montagne) are organized throughout the summer to discover the village of Val d’Isère and its 17th-century buildings, the unspoilt hamlet of Le Fornet and the high-altitude flora and fauna from the Col de l’Iseran (2770m).
