“Chamois Rallye” motorbikes meeting
On June 29th and 30th July, 2019 all type of motorbikes are welcome in Val d'Isère.
Rides, stunt show, concerts, "tartiflette" evening... A cool week-end for the bikers but not only !

L'Iserane : roadbike meeting
On Sunday June 23th, from Val d’Isère to Bonneval sur Arc and back going through the Iseran mountain pass, the road is closed and reserved to cyclists.

High Trail de la Vanoise
July 5 and 6 : a beautjful workout weekend!
The Odlo High Trail Vanoise® consists of six races for all levels.
Most testing of all - and the one that attracts UTMB® points - is the top level race that takes place over 70km with 5 400m of vertical.

Electric Vehicle Show
The fifth Electric Vehicle Show is held in an outstanding natural environment. July 11 to 14, 2019, on the flat terrain between La Daille and the village centre.

Val d’Isère’s aim is to promote all initiatives for ecologically-friendly transport and the active protection of the environment. The programme consists of interaction over four days between transport professionals and the general public in a unique setting at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park.

Environment Day
July 13 – from 08 :30 to 16 :00
The day’s objective is to clear litter from the mountainside and increase public awareness. There will be food , music, and entertainment throughout the day.

Le Fornet Festival
July 17 from 15 :00
Big festival in the village of Le Fornet, located 2km from Val d'Isère in the direction of the Col de l'Iseran.
Le Fornet is an ancient hamlet at the foot of the pass, an eclectic huddle of traditional stone houses, restored alpine farm buildings, and modern chalets that all blend perfectly into the pastoral mountain setting. The day is geared towards families ( an orienteering race, old wooden board games, circus entertainment, make-up workshops…)

The 106th Tour de France
July 26
The 19th stage of the 106th Tour de France goes from St Jean de Maurienne to Tignes. The racers will pass swiftly through Val d’Isère in the afternoon (between 14 :20 at the Col de L’Iseran and 15 :00 at La Daille. It’s a unique chance for spectators to watch the racers at the top of the col, the ‘roof’ of the entire Tour.

The Old Val Festival
July 27
The traditional ‘fête du Vieux Val’ brings a lively buzz to the village centre, with a parade, garage sale, and also a ball and a fireworks display.

The fair takes place over two days, with more than 100 exhibitors and Alpine musicians gathering in Val d'Isère for a spectacular weekend. Farm animals and numerous other free entertainment for children.
