It is essential to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, in order to respect the punctuality of the sessions. If you are late for your appointment, we will be obliged to reduce the time of your treatment, out of respect for the following clients.
Any modification of reservation must be announced 24 hours in advance.
Any treatment not canceled within 12 hours will be fully charged.
