Inauguration Of The Tourist Office 13052 1200pxDestination d'Excellence
The “Qualité Tourisme” label was replaced in 2024 by the “Destination Excellence” label. The Tourist Office is now subject to enhanced quality criteria, as well as new requirements related to social and environmental responsibility.
The “Destination of Excellence” label was awarded to the Val d’Isère Tourist Office in February 2026.
This label reflects the continuity and strengthening of our Quality approach, recognized since 2017, now combined with responsible and sustainable governance and operations.
To obtain it, the Tourist Office must demonstrate:
- Exemplary customer service;
- An approach aimed at improving accessibility of the Tourist Office and the quality of services offered to customers with disabilities;
- An environmentally and socially responsible approach, both in its internal operations and in the services provided to customers.
