Passionate about gypsy jazz, and Django Reinhardt in particular, guitarist Sébastien Kauffmann—known as Le Chinois—decided at age 12 to turn his passion into a career.
His playing is powerful, lively, and spirited, and his new compositions (a rarity in gypsy jazz) reflect his positive outlook.
During his visit to Val d'Isère, he will perform a concert accompanied by three singers and musicians.
