Practicing yoga teaches us a lot about what we really are: knowing our body, knowing how to trust ourselves, discovering its immense possibilities, working on our energy,
accepting our emotions and welcoming our Truth.

Yoga for children

Yoga for kids meets the needs and challenges of modern children and teens. A need to reconnect with their bodies and come back to the present moment, developing their concentration and attention. It can also help to strengthen and develop balance and flexibility.
