“Couac” - Children’s show

The quest for identity, the discovery of difference, the search for self: The ugly duckling has a long and arduous path to tread until he comes to discover his true identity and beauty.
“Couac” transports the audience into a delightful visual universe based on animated illustrations by Emilie Vast and set to a soundtrack by Uriel Barthélemi.
Angélique Friant takes us on a voyage of discovery, combining dance, puppetry, shadow theatre, video and sign language to bring this beautiful visual and sound poem to the stage.
Following the creation of the show, the illustrator Emilie Vast published her picture book “Couac” with MeMo. The book is available in the Val d’Isère Media Library.
