Located in the heart of the resort, at the very foot of the slopes, Airelles Val d’Isère Mademoiselle offers a wide variety of dining options at all hours of the day.

For lunch, the immense south-facing La Terrasse offers seating for 280 and is perfect for relaxing to music. La Grande Ours (the legendary restaurant the Snow front, now managed by the hotel) offers a new brasserie-style menu, not only to the hotel clientele but also nonresident diners. All the tables may be reserved by guests on half-board.

For dinner the VI offers a feast for your ears and taste buds with its fine dining and music. Or delight in one of the local cheese based dishes and other local specialties at the Carnotzet, an essential Savoyard venue.

When it’s time for an aperitif (or at any other hour in the day), Le Bar offers a wide range of rare wines, spirits and “Grands Crus” as well as an exceptional selection of champagnes produced exclusively by wine growers. Cigar and liquor connoisseurs may enjoy a moment at ease in the hotel’s Fumoir.

A 5* chalet at the foot of the slopes. 51 large apartments ranging from 60 to 135m² decorated in a modern style made cozy with a predominant use of wood in the interior design. Guests may also enjoy the health club spa with its indoor pool, bubble baths, sauna, steam baths and “Cinq Mondes” beauty spa. Children also have their own special play area and water games as well as specific treatments at the spa. Other services on offer include airport/station transfers, ski servicing, and early morning breakfast delivery.

Solaise Mountain Refuge

Perched high up at an altitude of 2 551m, the Solaise Mountain Refuge is France’s highest hotel.

Following last year’s partial opening, the Refuge is to open in its entirety on November 30th 2019. This winter the establishment will offer 16 rooms, apartments and a dormitory sleeping 14 (3 double beds and 8 single beds)which may be reserved individually, a conference suite, bar and 2 restaurants.


There exists a striking contrast of the spectacular, raw and sometimes hostile nature and the cozy yet elegant setting of the Refuge health spa. With nature as a backdrop, the Refuge has selected the eco-responsible brand EXERTIER for its healthy, positive and environmental friendly treatments and cosmetics.

The mountain view area offers 4 treatment cabins, 2 steam baths2 jacuzzis as well as a 25m long swimming pool. The spa is also open to nonresidents.


Enjoy lunch or dinner in the Solaise refuge restaurants which have already established their reputation last year with their breathtaking panoramic views of Val d’Isère, terrace and well thought menus. Nonresidents may also dine at the restaurant on Wednesday and Sunday evenings via the Solaise Gondola.

New for this year, the former snack bar is to be transformed in to a genuine Italian restaurant: La Cantinetta. The menu will consist mainly of pasta dishes and pizzas created by the famous, joyful Sergio! The Refuge Bar will be open to clients for breakfast, who may be joined by skiers for lunch, serving platters of cheese and cured meats as well as desserts followed by afternoon tea by the fireside and sky high aperitifs in the evening.

A corner stone of local Avalin life, the Val d’Isère’s architecture and decor equals its outstanding location and views.

The Val d’Isère is located in the very heart of the village square and offers a panoramic south-facing view of the village and slopes. Its 52 rooms include a variety of double rooms, and family rooms sleeping 3 to 5 guests.


The Sur le Toit restaurant is faithful to its name as it is located on the south-facing rooftop offering panoramic views of the village. In winter 2019-2020 the restaurant is to offer an all-you-can-eat buffet every evening. All the dishes will be homemade and locally sourced.

On the ground floor, the Crêperie d’Adrien and its sunny terrace, has been open for a number of years. Now part of the hotel it is accessible via the lobby, bar and lounges to breathe new life to these areas.

“A sensorial experience based on art and fine dining” Night Experience is an ambiance, an atmosphere, an artistic stage play and a brand new menu. It’s a culinary innovation in harmony with the universe created specifically for the occasion. La Folie Douce continues to develop its concept and to include evening fine dining, music and live entertainment.

In addition to its Nuxe Spa, the Yule is to open a paramedical unit managed by France’s “Pole Santé”. The centre will include 4 osteopaths, a psychologist and 2 sports coaches. Equipped with cutting edge equipment, the health centre will offer made-to-measure coaching and treatments.
