L’Atelier d’Edmond is located at “le Fornet” in the middle of the ski area, in one of the highest village in France, just next to the Iseran pass. You’ll find the restaurant at the end of the ski slope, opposite the Fornet cable car.
By entering this typical chalet, you’ll be sent back in decades of Savoyard history and memories. The key word here is “Authenticity”… Take a sit next to the fireplace and enjoy a fine and subtle kitchen. Benoit Vidal, the head chef, is bringing back from the past a Savoyard heritage to a modern way.
At the bottom of the Fornet slopes, you will find l’Atelier d’Edmond, a wonderful chalet where Benoît Vidal offers a sophisticated menu featuring local producers.
