Our Aquasportive Center On all occasions

The Aquasportif Center welcomes you every day to enjoy its infrastructure with more than 5000m2 of activities for everyone’s pleasure. At your disposal, a lounge area with a playground for children and a golf simulator for parents; a beach area with water garden, inflatable structures; a Wellness area to relax after the day of skiing (Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam).

Do you have a birthday to organize for your child? This place is ideal to spend a festive and friendly moment! Here we organize everything for you! Your child and his friends can enjoy water activities supervised by a lifeguard, tournaments and swimming in the fun pool, games and activities of all kinds and a birthday snack in the Lounge area. To organize a birthday party, the Aquasportif center offers Wednesday and Saturday afternoons between 2:30 and 5:30 pm except during school vacations. During the off-season and when the pools are closed, it is possible to organize activities in the Multisports Room: soccer tournaments, basketball, badminton, climbing…

The farm of Adroit Authentic meetings

Head to the Ferme de l’Adroit to change the scenery and immerse yourself in an authentic world with producers who are passionate about their work through various visits: cheese making, visit of the barn; you will discover the backstage of a mountain farm. Children will be delighted to walk through the barn to meet the chickens, pigs, horses and cows that are there. On the other side of the farm is the cheese factory, a must-see for epicureans in search of good local products.

The house of Val Children's Rendezvous

Spend a day at Val’s house with your children and take the opportunity to discover the history of Val d’Isère, the birth of the alpine ski resort and the champions of the resort at the museum.

What about taking a look at the programming of the cinema? The opportunity to spend a good time in front of a comedy or a cartoon with your family. Laughter and emotion guaranteed!”

As for the mediatheque, it offers video game areas, board games and reading corners, the ideal place to open a book and play with the children. It is obviously possible to borrow a book or a game.

In winter, we welcome you to our family ski resort where everything is done so that parents’ vacations are as much those of their children.

Val d’Isère focuses all its attention so that you spend an unforgettable stay with your family: we respond to all the desires of snow by offering reserved areas and activities to share as a family. From the children’s village to the snow garden and the reserved ski slopes, our areas are dedicated to the little ones.We bring you concrete solutions to make your vacations in the Alps as easy as possible!

Your children will have the opportunity to evolve at their own pace in complete safety, on reserved slopes:

The snow garden, on the snow front, is a playful space designed to learn to ski while having fun. From 3 to 4 years old, the objective is to learn skiing through play, in a 100% safe environment. Children are welcomed in groups of 8 children maximum per instructor in a protected area, including specific and fun equipment… to promote maximum learning.

The Savonnette slope, on the snow front, is a green slope to learn skiing safely. Its ideal location in the center of the village allows you to go and see your children’s progress without having to put on skis (for non-skiing family members).

The quiet ski areas, these are green slopes to be found in the Bellevarde, Madeleine and Solaise sectors. Learning to ski at altitude is accessible to all and so much more enjoyable when you take advantage of specially developed terrain. Take the time to make your first slides, to familiarize yourself with the speed in a space where beginners, parents and children enjoy the pleasures of skiing in complete safety.

Fun on the domain with our play areas

Valkids, at the top of Solaise, is a play area entirely dedicated to children with the longest sunshine in the resort. This space represents a mini ski area with different modules for learning to ski while having fun. You will also find animations to learn more about snow jobs with a dedicated workshop (gondola piloting, groomer, pisteurs’ sled and even a zip line).

A P’tit cross on Bellevarde for a fun family descent: have fun between high turns, small bells and fun modules!

The Lost Village, a “hidden” space in the trees, accessible only by ski, before taking off your shoes and walking on the suspended footbridges leading from hut to hut towards the eagle’s nest. Huts and deckchairs to relax or play with the family. The Lost Village is safe but not groomed to respect the natural environment, an intermediate level of skiing is required.

A multitude of activities to do in and around the village

Let yourself be tempted by our free activities on the snow front! On weekday evenings, our animator will introduce you to Snake Gliss, Yooner or even Airbord on the Savonnette sledding run. Sensations and laughter guaranteed.

Go to the patinoire, located in the heart of the village outdoors, to discover other sliding sensations with a breathtaking view of the face of Bellevarde. Welcome chalet, hot drinks and many animations are waiting for you!

On the side of the snow front, find the electric mini snowmobiles! Let your kids behind the wheel of these mini cars, they will love to race and discover new sensations of speed! This activity is reserved for little ones from 5 to 12 years old.

All of you go on an adventure to discover nature: on foot or with snowshoes, take a walk in the Manchet Valley, the Fornet or in La Daille. And if the walking quota has been met, opt for the dog sled rides, which are sure to get everyone on board around these captivating animals. The rides are accessible by big-wheel stroller, a tour available on the pedestrian/snowshoe/cross-country ski map.

Summer is the ideal season to spend time with your family in the mountains.Great spaces, fresh air and multitudes of activities for all ages and accessible to all, good deals and free entertainment are on the agenda.

Looking for fun outdoor activities to do with your family? Find our six playgrounds around Val d’Isere so that your children can have fun and let off steam in a unique setting in the middle of the mountains. Don’t hesitate to bring binoculars, with a bit of luck you will be able to observe little marmots, ibexes or even eagles on your way!

Lac de l’Ouillette

This quiet little spot at the top is the perfect place to spend some quality time with the family. To get there you can take the Solaise cable car, which is free all summer. On the program, fishing in the morning in the lake, picnic at lunchtime in the grass or small dishes on the terrace at the restaurant of the Ouillette lake and recreational moment at the playground in the afternoon!
