This summer, come and recharge your batteries in the fresh air and discover the art of mountain living.

1- Hiking in the Vanoise National Park

Open all year round, the Vanoise National Park, offers a multitude of trails to discover the beauty of the landscape, fauna and flora.

Located at the gates of Val d’Isère, it offers a variety of itineraries with great viewpoints on Italy and the surrounding peaks. Accessible to all types of hikers, the routes crisscross the mountain amidst rich vegetation (more than 1,200 plant species), cross typical villages with slate roofs and take us to the top of the highest peaks in Savoie. The strict standards that govern the Park benefit the animals, which cohabit in peace and quiet. It is not uncommon, therefore, to come across ibex, chamois, marmots, black grouse, ptarmigan at the bend of its hike.

Find the itineraries of the Trek Nature Grand Paradis Vanoise, which connect the Vanoise National Park and the Grand Paradis National Park, in Italy.

Start mountain biking

on the dedicated trails

With a Bike Park of 200 km of trails open throughout the summer, the shared Val d’Isère and Tignes mountain biking area is a real playground. Like skiing, the trails are classified by difficulty level and there are green, blue, red, black and even double black, in enduro, downhill and uphill trails dedicated to VTTAE.

Before tackling the Bellev’hard, a black trail that literally plunges down to the village for one of the most vertiginous descents, you’ll slowly discover the practice on the long greens and the new circuits dedicated to the village. In the learning zone at the foot of Bellevarde, you can learn about the different types of trails before moving on to the mountain bike domain. These portions of trails are thought to learn to better apprehend the techniques necessary for the descent.
