The Bike Park For all, with humility
The Bike Park is for everyone, as long as you’re not too physically fit and you choose a course suited to your skill level. Choose the trails according to your level to make the most of it, and not risk scaring or injuring yourself.
Perhaps, but we’re talking about mountain biking here, on terrain that is sometimes unstable and often changing. An instructor is recommended for a safe introduction to this activity.
With well-maintained, reliable, solid equipment. You don’t go down the Face de Bellevarde in winter with cross-country skis, and the same goes for the mountain bike trails: they were designed for mountain mountain biking. They’re not flat roads. If you don’t have the right equipment, we recommend renting some (with protection, advice, etc.).
Please note that the ski slopes have nothing to do with our mountain bike trails. You must follow the mountain bike signs and nothing else (ski slopes under construction, 4×4, etc.). We appeal to your vigilance and common sense. Study our Bike Park map before you set off.
For your own safety, it is essential to stay on the marked mountain bike trails and only on them.
