Every first Sunday of the month, the “Maison de Val” cinema screens a series of documentaries on the topic of “A different side to the mountains”, in the presence of filmmakers.

‘CHAMP DE LUTTES, SEMEURS D’UTOPIE’ by Mathilde Syre will be screened and followed by a discussion with Pierre Gachet, one of the farmers appearing in the film.
Synopsis of the film:
I filmed the farmers’ day-to-day routine, their successes and their doubts about self-sufficiency, collective initiatives, reappropriation of land, availability of seeds and so on. Beyond preserving the environment, they are engaged on a daily basis in a ‘liveable’, small-scale approach to...7 January:
