OFF-PISTES
OFF-PISTES

 OFF PISTE AND SAFETY

Off piste skiing is always thrilling, but be careful, skiing or snowboarding away from the marked slopes means higher risks including avalanches and accidents.

Before setting off on your off-piste advenure, you must (even if you are an expert) :
- consult the snow-weather information.
- never go off-piste alone,
- always take an ARVA transceiver with you
- tell somebody where you are going.
- It's always better to go with a professional ski instructor whenever possible.
